Second District Board Member Von Mark Mendoza (right) reads the manifesto unanimously signed by Vice Gov. Jose Ferdinand Calimlim, Jr. and all provincial board members rebuking retired Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Oscar Cruz for linking Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. to the jueteng scandal. In the manifesto, the officials expressed “indignation” and “displeasure” over the accusations of Cruz maligning the integrity and credibility of the Governor who has been working 24/7 to steer the province towards progress and development. The former church leader admitted on ABS-CBN’s morning show “Umagang Kay Ganda” “that the list was not foolproof.” With BM Mendoza is fourth district BM Jeremy Agerico B. Rosario.
