Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. (right) conducts ocular inspection on the additional construction of buildings at the back of Pangasinan Provincial Hospital in Bolingit, San Carlos City on Sunday, September 12, during his unannounced visit to all provincial government-owned hospitals in Eastern Pangasinan. As one of his priority thrusts, Gov. Espino continues to upgrade government-owned hospital facilities to provide quality health care to Pangasinenses especially the indigent ones.
